We are pleased to invite you to Vitafoods in Geneva - stand E91 to present the new studies carried out on our low glycemic impact plant extracts.
Thanks to the support of our R&D and university bodies, we have selected functional matrices suitable for the production of low glycemic impact extracts, such as buckwheat (BuckNat®) and amaranth (AmaChol®).
Using these special carriers we are able to produce an extract that is totally functional and effective, with the benefits not only of the extracted plant but also of the chosen functional support. The studies carried out on BuckNat® and AmaChol® show a lower release of glucose into the blood; in the case of AmaChol® positive effects were also found on the levels of cholesterol absorption.
BuckNat® and AmaChol® are also available in the BIO version, an increasingly growing trend in Italy too.
In addition to the studies on these 2 matrices, others have been carried out on CaffShock®, a plant phytocomplex based on green coffee, guarana, green tea, maca and maté. CaffShock® has proven effective in reducing triglycerides and in the accumulation of fat cells, resulting in a "slimming" effect.
NATING products are made through the DEFS® production process which, in addition to not altering the phytochemical characteristics of the plant complex, only requires the use of water and / or ethanol.
